Leeah Shipley,

Leeah Shipley has been serving as Smithville Main Street District secretary since 2020. She opened Cornerstone Coffee located in downtown Smithville in 2020. In 2022, Leeah also obtained ownership of Arctic Shaved Ice located in Smithville as well. She was elected to serve on the Board of Alderman for Smithville Ward 3 from 2023 – 2027.
